The 2" thermometer features a clean white background providing simple and precise temperature readings. The 2.5" features a black and colored background, the colors feature text informing you what type of cooking your in (smoking, baking, grilling, searing) for each given temperature.The 3" thermometer features a stylish high quality brushed stainless steel casing that matches most modern barbecues and grills. The black background provides nice contrast against the clear stainless steel temperature markings which makes for easy legibility. This 3/4 inch thick brushed stainless steel casing features smooth front tapered edges that boast modern style. This grill thermometer works great and looks great on any barbecue, grill, oven or smoker. A threaded temperature reading stem is fixed on the back of each thermometer with a fastening nut for installation. Installing the thermometer is easy and straight forward. Simply place the the stem through a hole in your barbecue ( if no hole exist, drill a hole approximately 3/8" in diameter) take the fastening nut and thread it to the stem.
